Cancellation and Refund Policy
The ADPA understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the Conference, you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.
Cancellations must be notified to Key Conference in writing by 2 November 2021 to receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued on or after 3 November 2021.
All cancellations must be advised in writing. Please email your cancellation advice to:
